This cable is used to join a Lavry or M2tech young DSD DAC or any other equipment fitted with male XLR output sockets, to a Naim preamp or integrated amplifier, fitted with a 5 pin ring locking DIN input socket.
Suitable Naim preamps include the :-
NAC 32, 32.5, 42 or 42.5
Both XLRs are wired as follows :-
Pin 3 in the XLR is not connected
pin 2 is connected to the signal input of the amp
and pin 1 is connected to the screen of the amp

The normal split on the XLR end of this cable is 14cm approx. If the XLR sockets are widely spaced on your equipment, then a 25cm approx. split can be selected by choosing the 'Long Split' option below the 'Cable Length' dropdown.
This cable features a latching DIN plug, manufactured by Deltron, as fitted to original Naim cables. The XLR connectors are from the Neutrik NC series.
