Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to UK Sterling
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling If your order is being sent to a UK address, excluding the Channel Islands, we offer 2 Royal Mail postal services - First Class Recorded Delivery which costs £1.99 up to an order value of £74.99 and Next Day Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 13:00 on the next business working day which costs £4.99, up to an order value of £74.99
If you live outside the UK, including the Channel Islands, then orders are sent Royal Mail International Sign For and costs £5.49 up to an order value of £74.99
If your order value is £75.00 or over, postage and packing is free of charge. If you are in the UK, your order will sent Special Delivery Next Day and if you are overseas, your order will be sent International Sign For
Regretfully it is not possible under any circumstances to send any orders using standard 'no signature required' postal services |
Delivery Schedule if your order is received by midday UK time, it will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday will normally be dispatched the following business working day. Orders sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery wil lnormally be delivered within 1 - 3 business days and orders sent SPecial Delivery Next Day should normally be received by 13:00 the next business working day. If your order arrives after 13:00 on the next business working day, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can claim a postage refund on your behalf
Overseas orders are usually delivered with 10 business working days, although sometimes the delivery time is less
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by Royal Mail is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
