These cables are used to join a pre-amp to a power amp where each
has a 4 pin DIN socket, such as a Quad 33, 34 and 44 pre-amp to a
Quad power amp such as a 303 or an early 405
These cables must not be connected to Naim equipment |
These cables are used to join a pre-amp fitted with a 4 pin DIN output socket
to a power amp such as a late Quad 405 fitted with phono/RCA sockets - or -
to join a pre-amp fitted with phono output sockets such as a late Quad 34 or 44
to a power amp fitted with a 4 pin DIN input socket such as a Quad 303 or an early 405 |
These cables allow Quad or similar Power Amplifiers to be bi-amped.
A choice of Nickel or Gold Plated DIN connectors is offered |
This section contains both adaptors and cables that allow you
to join your Quad II power amps and 22 pre-amps to modern equipment |
These cables are used to join a source such as a Quad FM3 or FM4
fitted with a 5 pin output socket to a pre-amp or an amp fitted with
5 pin DIN input sockets, such as a Quad 33, 34 or 44 or an A&R or B&O
The Performance version of these can be used to join the DIN tape socket
of an amp to a tape recorder fitted with a 5 pin DIN socket for record and replay

These cables can be used to join either a headphone amp or to record onto
a pc, fitted with phono/RCA sockets, from an amp fitted with a 5 pin DIN tape
record output socket |
These cables are used to join a source such as a Quad FM3 or FM4
fitted with a 5 pin DIN output socket to a pre-amp or amp fitted with
phono/RCA input sockets, such as a late Quad 34 or 44 and most
modern amps - or - a modern source eg a CD player or tuner, with
phono/RCA output sockets to a pre-amp or amp fitted with
5 pin DIN input sockets,such as a Quad 33, 34 or 44, A&R and B&O |
Classic equipment often has an input sensativity too low for
use with CD & DVD Players, Mini Disc & DAT Recorders.
The cables in the shop section reduce the output of these units to a level
suitable for classic equipment.
There is also a special Phono/RCA cable for use with Quad 22 control units |
These cables allows the line-out signal from a PC, Ipod, portable mini-disc,
or similar equipment fitted with a 3.5mm Jack socket to an amplifier fitted
with a 5 pin DIN input socket
Please Note: - These cables are directional - they take the audio signal
FROM the 3.5mm Jack - TO the 5 pin DIN.
